Primastuti Purnamasari
Primastuti Purnamasari brings with her more than 20 years’ extensive experience in a wide range of intellectual property protection. She joined our practice after spending more than 25 years in one of the leading IP practices in Jakarta. She provides advices on managing global and regional trademark portfolio and brand protection.
She focuses her practice on intellectual property prosecution, enforcement, anti-counterfeiting matters and other related commercial intellectual property issues, by providing strategic advice to a variety of clients.
She is also a member of national and international organizations, including those that are related to Intellectual Property matters, such as INTA (International Trademark Association), APAA (Asian Patent Attorneys Association), AKHKI (Indonesian Association of Intellectual Property Consultants) and PERADI (Indonesian Advocates Association)
About the founder late Mrs. Erna L. Kusoy
The late Mrs. Erna L. Kusoy is the founding partner of Erna L. Kusoy & Co. She started her professional career at the IP law firms Biro Oktroi Roosseno and Amroos & Partners before joining HHP in 1989. From then until mid-2008 she was responsible for developing and managing what became an exceptionally successful IP practice.
The late Mrs. Erna L. Kusoy is the founding partner of Erna L. Kusoy & Co. She started her professional career at the IP law firms Biro Oktroi Roosseno and Amroos & Partners before joining HHP in 1989. From then until mid-2008 she was responsible for developing and managing what became an exceptionally successful IP practice.
Over the years as an IP expert, Ms Kusoy, has collected a long list of IP awards and accolades, among others, individual recognition as an IP Leading Lawyer for the years 2002 to 2008, from IP ASIA. These accolades reflect recognition of her work from clients and peers alike, as well as her very substantial experience and achievements in the IP area.
Mrs. Kusoy’s passion and dedication, as well as visionary leadership, mentoring and hard work, brought about a rapid expansion of the firm. Since its inception, it continues to serve a diverse clientele, including domestic and overseas corporations, multinational companies and individuals.
